Service Description

This initial call generally lasts 30 to 40 minutes, and is an opportunity to decide if you want to schedule an in-person appointment. You should not expect any real therapy to take place in the consultation. Therapeutic work starts in the first full session after the consult. I want to make sure my clients are a good fit for my approach to therapy before they commit to working with me.
